At Unique by Design Pediatrics, care begins with connection. I bring together 20 years of pediatric experience, a certification in Pediatric Integrative Medicine, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to support the whole child — body, mind, and family. Every family’s needs are different, which is why I offer two distinct care options: one for families seeking a long-term relationship and unlimited access, and another for those desiring a single, comprehensive wellness visit through an integrative lens.

Ongoing Membership Care
A relationship-centered approach to pediatric care
This is the foundation of my practice — a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model that restores time, connection, and autonomy to the physician–family relationship. Members enjoy consistent, personalized care with unlimited home visits and direct communication when concerns arise.

- 2-5 years: $100/mo

Periodic Comprehensive Well Visit
An Integrative Approach to Wellness
This visit is designed to provide a comprehensive snapshot of a child’s health at a single point in time. It is not intended to serve as a second-opinion consultation, chronic condition diagnosis or management, or urgent or sick care. Ongoing care, follow-up, and direct access are reserved for families enrolled in a monthly Direct Primary Care membership.
If a concern arises during the visit that warrants further evaluation, an optional add-on is available for focused follow-up, including additional assessment, appropriate studies, and development of an integrative care plan.
Ideal for families who want:
- A comprehensive annual wellness visit without ongoing membership
- An integrative perspective that blends conventional and holistic care
- A thoughtful review of their child’s health, development, and well-being
Investment:
One-Time Charge:
- $300 per visit
Optional add-on:
- $200
- Includes: Ordering, interpreting, and reviewing labs/studies. Creation of a detailed integrative treatment plan. Up to 2 hours of follow-up by phone, message, or home visit

- Learn more about the periodic comprehensive well visit and determine whether it aligns with your family’s goals.
Unique by Design Pediatrics does not bill insurance. Some families choose to submit a paid invoice to their insurer for possible reimbursement, depending on their plan.

- A personalized summary and wellness plan
